Une entreprise leader dans le secteur de la construction, VINCI, recrute un Responsable administratif et financier. Ce poste clé vous implique dans la gestion comptable et financière, au sein d'une équipe dynamique à Strasbourg. Vous serez responsable de la clôture des comptes, de la gestion financière de projets et de l'administration des ressources humaines. Des compétences en travail d'équipe et un BAC +5 en comptabilité ou finance sont requis, ainsi qu'une expérience d'au moins 3 ans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 ans d'expérience pratique en comptabilité.
• Expérience en gestion des ressources humaines souhaitée.
• Capacité à travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes opérationnelles.

Responsabilités

We are seeking a Financial Manager for our agency, working alongside the agency manager and management controller, to oversee accounting and financial management of our CARDEM EST agency.

Your daily tasks will comply with group regulations, rules, and procedures, working closely with operational teams.

With your administrative and financial team, you will be responsible for:

• Accounting: ensuring accurate account closing, budget development, and monitoring.
• Cash management: leading meetings on receivables and invoicing.
• Human resources: payroll and training administration.
• Management: financial monitoring of projects, client solvency, invoicing, receivables, and supplier cycles.
• Reporting: creating indicators and management reports for better visibility.

You will be a good fit if you:

• Hold at least a BAC +5 in accounting or finance (e.g., DSCG, DCG, M2, business school).
• Have at least 3 years of practical experience in accounting.
• Are proficient with MS Office and finance/RH software (SAP).
• Enjoy teamwork, seek a direct connection with field teams, and are perseverant, rigorous, autonomous, and organized.
