The Terraces Orleans, a newly opened memory care community in Orleans, MA, is seeking compassionate RCAs/CNAs to build our team from the ground up.

As a founding member, you will provide person-centered care, assist with daily living activities, and help create a safe, respectful environment for residents living with dementia. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are offered.

We are seeking compassionate, dedicated healthcare professionals who are passionate about providing exceptional care for individuals living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. This is a unique opportunity to help build our team, shape our culture, and establish a resident-centered community from the ground up.
