We closely collaborate with other organizations at Meta to bring the latest research findings to production. The team where this role sits is exploring new approaches to making AI more inclusive of all communities around the world, by strengthening performance across all languages. Past work in that space includes projects such as No Language Left Behind, Seamless Communication, Omnilingual ASR and Omnilingual Machine Translation. The mission is to develop state-of-the-art algorithms that ensure AI performance is sustained across languages, both in classic chat experiences as well as agentic workflows.
