Europcar Mobility Group recherche un(e) agent d’accueil et commercial pour une CDI à Rambouillet. Vous assurerez l’accueil, le renseignement et le conseil personnalisé des clients nationaux et internationaux, et participerez au développement commercial de l’agence.

Vous gérerez le back-office (contrats, réservations, flotte, sinistres) avec rigueur et professionnalisme, tout en valorisant la marque et le service client. Une formation innovante et des primes collectives accompagnent ce poste.

Aufgaben

• Accueillir, renseigner et conseiller les clients nationalement et internationalement.
• Rédiger les contrats de location et prendre les réservations.
• Gérer la flotte, traiter les dommages et la facturation.
• Contribuer au développement commercial de l’agence et préparer les véhicules selon les exigences de qualité.

Job Description

Rattaché(e) au Responsable de l’Agence, au sein d’une équipe dynamique, vous assurez un service de qualité à nos clients nationaux et internationaux : accueil, renseignement et conseil personnalisé. Commercial de talent, vous apportez un accueil personnalisé dans un objectif de fidélisation en mettant en avant nos offres commerciales et nos services! Excellent communiquant, vous nouez des relations de confiance avec nos clients et vous êtes le garant de notre image de marque. Rigoureux, vous gérez le back office de l’agence : rédaction des contrats de location, prise de réservations, gestion de la flotte de véhicules, traitement des dommages et facturation. Pragmatique, vous avez un rôle opérationnel important, en participant activement au développement commercial de votre agence. Le cas échéant, vous assurez la préparation des véhicules dans le respect de nos exigences de qualité.

At the end of the 19th century, the car was a luxury reserved for the elite, but interested everyone, attracting crowds: in 1898, the first car show was held in Paris. In the aftermath of the war, a Parisian entrepreneur revived the idea: “If you can’t afford to buy a car, why not rent one when you need it?”. His name was Raoul-Louis Mattei and in 1949, he created "L'Abonnement Automobile": a company that would later become the Compagnie Internationale Europcars, then Europcar. Its headquarters, located 11 rue du Champ de Mars also included a rental agency. The company's success was rapid, as car rental responded to a real need. In 1951, l’Abonnement Automobile was the first company for car rental without a driver and its fleet counted 750 4 CV. Now, the Europcar Mobility Group has over 200,000 vehicles on average in its fleet and serves 5 million customers in more than 140 countries.
