Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group recrute un(e) conseiller(ère) commercial(e) en CDD temps plein. Vous accueillez et conseillez les clients, rédigez les contrats et gérez les réservations et la flotte.

Vous assurez le traitement des dommages et la facturation, avec une contribution active au développement commercial et à la satisfaction client. Permis B et anglais opérationnel obligatoires.

Qualifications

• Permis B exigé et maîtrise d’un anglais opérationnel.
• Excellente capacité relationnelle et sens du service.
• Expérience en accueil et fidélisation client souhaitée.

Responsibilities

• Accueil, renseignement et conseil personnalisé auprès d’une clientèle nationale et internationale.
• Rédaction des contrats de location, prise de réservations et gestion de la flotte.
• Gestion du back-office, traitement des dommages et facturation.
• Participation au développement commercial de l’agence et préparation des véhicules.

Job Description

Rattaché(e) au Responsable de l’Agence, au sein d’une équipe dynamique, vous assurez un service de qualité à nos clients nationaux et internationaux : accueil, renseignement et conseil personnalisé. Commercial de talent, vous apportez un accueil personnalisé dans un objectif de fidélisation en mettant en avant nos offres commerciales et nos services! Excellent communiquant, vous nouez des relations de confiance avec nos clients et vous êtes le garant de notre image de marque. Rigoureux, vous gérez le back office de l’agence : rédaction des contrats de location, prise de réservations, gestion de la flotte de véhicules, traitement des dommages et facturation. Pragmatique, vous avez un rôle opérationnel important, en participant activement au développement commercial de votre agence. Le cas échéant, vous assurez la préparation des véhicules dans le respect de nos exigences de qualité.

Pour rejoindre notre équipe, il vous faudra être titulaire du permis B et parler anglais (et parler d’autres langues sera un réel avantage).

At the end of the 19th century, the car was a luxury reserved for the elite, but interested everyone, attracting crowds: in 1898, the first car show was held in Paris. Car rental will see the light a few years later, across the Atlantic, but its development will be stopped by the first and then by the Second World Wars. In the aftermath of the war, a Parisian entrepreneur revived the idea: “If you can’t afford to buy a car, why not rent one when you need it?”. His name was Raoul-Louis Mattei and in 1949, he created "L'Abonnement Automobile": a company that would later become the Compagnie Internationale Europcars, then Europcar. Its headquarters, located 11 rue du Champ de Mars also included a rental agency. The company's success was rapid, as car rental responded to a real need. In 1951, l’Abonnement Automobile was the first company for car rental without a driver and its fleet counted 750 4 CV. Now, the Europcar Mobility Group has over 200,000 vehicles on average in its fleet and serves 5 million customers in more than 140 countries. But the vision our Group was founded upon remains the same, while being more relevant and promising than ever, as we are entering the usage and sharing economy era!
