Jobgether is representing a partner company seeking a senior Webflow Systems Lead in France for a fully remote freelance role. You will architect a scalable Webflow ecosystem across three sites, translating Figma designs into Webflow structures and building a relational CMS to power products, integrations, and resources.

You will establish AI-ready development environments, governance for AI agents, and robust integrations while mentoring a small team and collaborating with designers and client

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional web development experience with 3+ years in advanced Webflow architecture and multi-site CMS implementations.
• Experience architecting a component-based Webflow system and relational content models for large websites or multi-site environments.
• Ability to hand over a structured Webflow system to non-technical marketing teams after implementation.
• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and AI-agent workflows, including prompts, permissions and safeguards.

Responsabilités

• Architect and maintain a scalable Webflow system across three websites with reusable components and proper naming conventions.
• Translate Figma components and variables into scalable Webflow structures.
• Design a relational CMS architecture connecting products, ecosystems, integrations, use cases, personas and resources.
• Configure MCP server, AI agent instructions and reusable skills with governance for AI agents.
