Jobgether is seeking a Treasury & Liquidity Specialist based in France for a fully remote, globally distributed role. You will manage liquidity, execute fund movements, and coordinate with banks, liquidity providers, and crypto platforms to ensure smooth payouts and settlements.

You will work across markets, monitor balances, perform currency conversions, and support reporting and dashboards while collaborating with Finance, Compliance, Product, and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field and strong finance knowledge.
• Experience with fiat and crypto liquidity across markets and banks.
• Knowledge of wire, ACH, SWIFT payments and stablecoins.

Responsabilités

• Manage liquidity and cash movements across USD, EUR, GBP and other currencies.
• Monitor balances and prevent payment or settlement disruptions.
• Initiate transfers and conversions with liquidity desks within limits.
• Assist liquidity planning, projections and treasury close processes.
• Maintain banking relationships and coordinate cross-market activities.
• Reconcile statements and investigate discrepancies with documentation.
• Support monthly liquidity provider reporting and dashboards.
• Handle operational tasks like refunds, approvals for expenses and payroll.
• Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, Product and Engineering on incidents.
