Energy Jobline ATTB seeks a Thermal Hydraulics Engineer to model and simulate advanced reactor systems in a remote, startup environment. You will lead accident scenario analysis, CFD studies, and collaborate with design and safety teams to drive high‑performance nuclear technology from concept to deployment.

The role requires hands‑on CFD and system‑code experience, with onsite work as needed in a fast‑paced, early‑stage setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with system codes and accident modeling tools (RELAP, MELCOR)
• Strong understanding of thermal‑hydraulics and fluid dynamics
• Hands‑on CFD experience with Star-CCM+ or equivalent
• Ability to work onsite in a fast‑paced startup environment

Responsibilities

• Lead accident scenario modeling and safety analysis using system‑level codes
• Analyze thermal‑hydraulics performance under steady‑state and transient conditions
• Perform CFD modeling and simulation to support reactor and system design efforts
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with reactor design, systems, and safety teams
• Contribute to the development and validation of modeling methodologies
• Support design decisions through quantitative simulation insights
