Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience drafting professional, structured technical reports and slide decks.
• Strong verbal communication with customers and ability to present complex topics clearly.
• Solid understanding of telecom core architecture, roaming concepts, and signalling security.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical point of contact for customers: scoping, updates, and delivery.
• Deliver presentations, training, and debrief sessions.
• Conduct signalling security audits using PTA and tooling; draft professional reports in English.
