Job summary

A remote-first job platform is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead its global online presence and grow a thriving community of remote job seekers. You will manage social channels, especially LinkedIn, design editorial calendars, and analyze community engagement. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in social media management, speak fluent English and Spanish, and possess strong content creation skills. This is a fully remote role offering flexibility and the chance to make a real impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in social media and community management within a tech or startup environment.
• Demonstrated success in building and managing large communities (1M+ members).
• Fluent in English and Spanish (both required).

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage global social presence, especially on LinkedIn.
• Design and execute editorial calendars including posts and newsletters.
• Activate and moderate large-scale online communities (1M+ members).
