North Star Network, an international media group, is seeking a Technical SEO Expert to join an onsite team of 3 SEO specialists and collaborate with 12 other SEO and business teams to optimize performance across the network of gaming and sports sites.

You will lead technical SEO initiatives, develop automated audits, and design in-house WordPress plugins while coordinating with the technical team to align SEO with product development and content strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SEO in 100% SEO roles with proven results.
• Proficient with market tools (Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, log tools) and Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Experience with high-volume sites (>1M pages) and WordPress/CMS infra.
• Knowledge of HTML, SQL and Python is a plus.
• Professional English language skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform regular crawls to detect errors (5xx/4xx/3xx) and optimize internal linking and structured data.
• Develop automated SEO audits to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
• Establish standardized SEO procedures for daily team use.
• Monitor logs to optimize crawl budget and indexing; use Google Search Console for monitoring.
• Develop in-house WordPress SEO plugins and collaborate with the tech team.
