Usual is seeking a Senior Smart Contract Developer to design, develop, and deploy contracts that core to our protocol. You will work with a team of engineers including the CTO, VPE, and multiple dApp developers to ensure security, scalability, and reliability.

The role emphasizes high-quality code, thorough testing, and collaboration across product and QA teams. Join a fully remote environment with flexible hours, targeting the V1 launch window.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Solidity experience with deployed contracts.
• Strong understanding of Ethereum and its ecosystem.
• Proven security-focused track record in smart contract development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in a collaborative environment.
• Familiarity with Agile development processes.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts for the protocol's core functionalities.
• Perform code reviews, write unit tests, and work with QA for reliability and security.
• Improve protocol features in collaboration with product and tech teams.
• Advocate best practices to minimize vulnerabilities and enhance security.
• Create documentation for smart contract functionality and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with dApp developers, product managers, and external auditors to ensure seamless delivery.
