Synthires seeks Experienced Senior Software Engineers to contribute to AI research and evaluation projects. You will evaluate AI-generated code, tackle complex backend and distributed systems challenges, and help enhance AI model performance while maintaining high software quality.

Priority is on strong software engineering fundamentals, architecture, cloud infrastructure, and collaboration across remote teams. Prior experience in backend or full-stack roles is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, C++, Go, TypeScript, Rust, C# or similar languages.
• Experience with software architecture, distributed systems, APIs, databases, debugging, and scalable development.
• Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, system design, cloud computing, and performance optimization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong technical attention.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, performance, and maintainability.
• Apply expertise in software architecture, debugging, feature development, code refactoring, and performance optimization.
• Solve complex software engineering challenges involving algorithms, distributed systems, APIs, and cloud-based apps.
• Develop and review automated testing strategies, CI/CD workflows, and system reliability improvements.
• Translate complex software concepts into clear documentation for AI training and evaluation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure technical accuracy, consistency, and code quality.
• Apply structured evaluation frameworks and engineering judgment to improve AI model performance.
