Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or health care or equivalent.
• Demonstrable contract negotiation experience in a sponsor/ CRO setting.
• Experience with regulatory guidelines (GCP/ICH) and trial contracts.
• Strong writing and communication skills for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support start-up contracting activities for selected sponsors and studies.
• Develop investigator grant estimates and proposal text for proposals.
• Maintain contract templates and systems per project plan.
• Collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders, and RSU regions to meet scope.
• Provide operational and financial contracting support for trials.
• Review core scientific and administrative docs to support study initiation.
• Collect and analyze contracting data to support projects and company.
• Ensure contracting timelines and financial goals are met; report metrics.
• Maintain CTMS and other systems for accurate project records.
