Freshflow is building the AI operating system for the fresh food supply chain, with a focus on forecasting and inventory optimization. You will join a senior Data Science team tackling the hardest forecasting problems in retail, turning complex data into actionable demand signals and production-ready models.

Expect deep work on distributional forecasting, inventory policy, and end-to-end pipeline quality, collaborating closely with Customer Success and Engineering to impact store-level

Qualifications

• Experience with probabilistic forecasting, inventory simulation, or OR is described as core background.
• MSc/PhD in a quantitative field with depth in technical thinking.
• Strong Python and SQL on large, real-world data and production-grade code.

Responsabilités

• Develop and improve distributional forecasting models, calibrate and monitor performance.
• Contribute to inventory simulation and ordering policy framework and production rollout.
• Shape technical direction, enforce code quality and production readiness.
• Ensure end-to-end pipeline quality from data integrity to live forecasting.
• Write well-tested, readable code and explore agentic AI tooling for efficiency.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Engineering to translate findings into product improvements.
