C&D Talent Advisory - Academy seeks a Senior C++ Low-Latency Developer to join a high-performance trading infrastructure project. This fully remote role supports UK, Netherlands, or France residents working on cutting-edge market data systems.

You will design and build latency-sensitive components in modern C++ (C++17/20), own architecture through testing and deployment, and collaborate with traders and engineers across international teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional C++ engineering experience.
• Production experience building low-latency systems.
• C++17/20 expertise; modern C++ fundamentals.
• Strong CS fundamentals; data structures & algorithms.
• Experience with high-throughput, distributed systems.
• Networking protocols knowledge; latency optimization.
• Finance/trading environment experience.

Responsabilités

• Design and build low-latency distributed systems for market data.
• Develop performance-critical components using modern C++.
• Own architecture through testing and deployment.
• Build systems for high-throughput, latency-sensitive workloads.
• Optimize application performance across CPU, memory, networking.
• Work with TCP, UDP, multicast, messaging, queuing, Pub/Sub.
• Translate complex requirements into practical engineering.
• Ensure production-grade reliability and scalability with rapid delivery.
• Create unit, integration, end-to-end, stress, and performance tests.
• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
