Eutelsat seeks a hands-on Salesforce Business Analyst and System Admin to join the Delivery team in Paris. You’ll drive digital transformation of sales and marketing by delivering tailored Salesforce solutions, working with Application Owners, Leads, analysts, and developers.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in Salesforce BA/Consulting, hands-on Sales Cloud/CPQ experience, and strong English communication. Jira/Confluence/Aha experience and hybrid/remote work options are valued.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Technical/Functional Consultant.
Implementation and administration of Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ.
Strong platform knowledge: configuration of objects, flows, permissions, approval processes, reports, CPQ.
Deep understanding of the Lead to Order process: Lead, Opportunity, Quote, Contract.
Familiar with V-cycle and Agile methods; experience with Jira, Confluence, Aha.

Responsabilités

Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders.
Translate business needs into clear user stories, process flows and specs.
Lead design, configuration and testing of Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud/CPQ).
Ensure scalable, secure, high-performance implementations.
Support test strategy, UAT and release cycles.
Provide best-practice guidance on Salesforce governance.
