Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Closer to convert warm leads into paying clients.

Youll speak directly with business owners who already showed interest in our services no cold calling.

Your goal : understand their needs, present our offers clearly, and close the deal confidently.

This position is commission-only at first, but after 1.5 months (6 weeks) of consistent activity and proven performance, youll switch to a fixed base salary + commission, adjusted based on your results (number of closed deals, conversion rate, and overall engagement).

Compensation
  • 100% commission-based for the first 6 weeks
  • Then, a fixed salary + commission plan, based on your closing performance
  • Average commissions range between 200 to 600 per deal
  • High performers can easily reach 2,0004,000 / month after ramp-up
Required Skills & Profile

Essential Skills :

  • Proven experience as a Sales Closer, preferably in digital or marketing services
  • Strong English communication skills (French or Spanish is a plus)
  • Ability to build trust quickly and handle objections with confidence
  • Understanding of B2B clients and SMB sales cycles
  • Results-oriented mindset, independent and proactive attitude

Bonus Skills :

  • Familiarity with website design or digital marketing
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)
  • Comfortable with online meetings and WhatsApp communication
