Job summary

AfterQuery is hiring registered nurses as contractors to review, create, and rank clinical content that teaches AI models how real nursing works. You will evaluate AI-generated patient education, triage guidance, and clinical documentation for accuracy and safety, drawing from your own practice.

This fully remote, async role offers hourly pay and lets you choose when and how much you work, shaping how frontier AI models understand nursing practice and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing (ADN or BSN).
• 2+ years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital, clinic, or similar setting.
• Strong written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated clinical content for accuracy and safety.
• Create expert demonstrations of nursing workflows, triage, and patient education.
• Rank and label model responses against nursing best practices.
