BairesDev is seeking a Research Engineer to develop state-of-the-art foundation models and multimodal systems. You will lead exploration of novel ML methods, applying strong mathematical background to push the boundaries of current AI technology.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Machine Learning Research or Software Engineering.
• Proven track record of novel research in foundation models or RL.
• Advanced degree (PhD or MS) in Computer Science, ML, or related field.
• English proficiency at an advanced level.

Responsabilités

• Conduct original research to develop novel ML methods, including RL, VLMs, and diffusion models.
• Design and implement large‑scale foundation models and multimodal systems using PyTorch or JAX.
• Apply solid math foundations to solve complex model architecture and training problems.
• Advance AI solutions through rigorous experiments and reproducible results.
• Translate theory into scalable ML components for various applications.
