Qualifications

• Certification preferred for coaching roles.
• Experience in relationship coaching or related fields.
• Empathetic listening and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Client-focused mindset with a goal of meaningful growth.
• Sales and client-retention experience is a plus.
• Comfort with text, voice, and video coaching through a mobile app.

Responsibilities

• Conduct online coaching sessions via LiftTalk app for individuals and couples.
