SGS is seeking a Quality Assurance Officer for a 1-year maternity cover. The role is remote-based, open to applicants across Europe with a valid work permit. You will oversee NB 1639 internal QMS, manage documentation under MDD/MDR/IVDR, and support global teams in quality activities.

We value QA experience with medical devices, GDP, CAPA, and strong English communication. A Bachelor’s in Biomedical Sciences is required and MS Office proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences or related field.
• Experience with QA and regulatory standards (MDR/IVDR/MDD).
• Fluent English written and spoken.
• Knowledge of GDP and CAPA processes.
• Auditing experience against recognised standards is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Maintain the NB 1639 internal QMS.
• Update documents under MDD, MDR and IVDR.
• Manage the IF database and document controls.
• Publish documents on the SGS website and manage Bizzmine updates.
• Provide training records and support to the Global Medical Device team.
