iForce Connect is seeking an Engineering Manager who remains a technologist at heart, a player-coach for a senior Python backend team. This remote role requires guiding architectural decisions, mentoring engineers, and delivering robust backend solutions at scale.

You will be hands-on, contribute to system design, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the engineering work supports the company’s overall mission. Experience with Django or FastAPI, AWS, and CI/CD is a plus.
