Remote assignments are scheduled by agreement, with availability up to 40 hours per week; IXO confirms timing before work starts. The role emphasizes rigorous evaluation, traceable judgments and reproducible checks.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of professional software experience with senior-level responsibility.
• Experience with large production migrations and regression risk management.
• Familiarity with high-reliability domains is useful.

Responsabilités

• Develop or assess modernization cases under real constraints.
• Check compatibility, data and interface assumptions, verification coverage and rollback ability.
• Explain migration sequence and trade-offs, identifying behavior risks.
