Jobgether is partnering to find an OT Security Architect based in France for a senior consulting role focused on industrial cybersecurity. You will shape enterprise OT security standards, reference architectures, governance frameworks and secure connectivity across IT, OT and cloud environments.

The role emphasizes hands‑on expertise in network segmentation, IAM, and Defence‑in‑Depth strategies, with a strong focus on IEC 62443 and NIST SP 800-82.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in cybersecurity with at least 7 years in OT/ICS security.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments is required.
• Strong knowledge of IEC 62443 and NIST SP 800-82.
• Deep expertise in Industrial Control Systems and manufacturing cybersecurity.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional workshops and communicate complex concepts to technical/business stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead stakeholder workshops across IT, OT, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Cybersecurity.
• Define OT security strategies, architecture principles, standards and governance frameworks.
• Develop Security Zones and Conduits aligned with IEC 62443.
• Establish Defence-in-Depth architectures and OT network segmentation standards.
• Define secure connectivity between OT, IT and cloud platforms.
• Establish OT IAM requirements including privileged access controls.
• Define OT vulnerability management and incident response requirements.
