Job summary

Outlier is seeking OpenClaw Agent Builder contractors to shape the future of autonomous agents. This freelance role is remote with pay up to $50 USD/hr and weekly payments, offering flexible scheduling for 5-10 hours per week typical, up to 40 hours.

You will work on training and evaluating multi-step agent workflows, writing eval rubrics, debugging traces, and stress testing agents, with payments via ACH, PayPal and other methods.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Experience building production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic, reporting).
• Experience in live environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide high-density technical feedback.
