Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking Norwegian Speaking Financial Customer Experts to join our team in Greece. You will handle financial inquiries in Norwegian with professional support via phone, email, and chat, while ensuring compliance and accurate CRM documentation.

Ideal candidates have native Norwegian and strong English, plus a background in finance or customer support. Remote work within Greece is allowed, with relocation support and ongoing training offered.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Norwegian (spoken and written).
• Strong proficiency in English for professional communication.
• Experience in finance, banking, or customer support is advantageous.
• Analytical skills and trust-building in a financial context.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality financial support and guidance to Norwegian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Manage sensitive financial inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and compliance.
• Analyze complex customer issues and deliver effective financial solutions.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all interactions in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on evolving financial regulations and product offerings.
