Outlier is seeking OpenClaw Agent Builder contractors to shape the future of autonomous agents. This freelance, remote role pays up to $50 USD/hr with weekly payments and flexible scheduling.

You’ll work on multi-step agent orchestration, debugging traces, and evaluating agent performance in live environments. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of backend engineering/AI automation experience, a track record building production-grade software, and comfort working with live tools and APIs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (e.g., distinct services for data parsing, logic processing, and reporting).
• Practical experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
