Job summary

Outlier is seeking a freelance OpenClaw Agent Builder to shape the future of autonomous agents. This remote role pays up to $50 USD/hr with weekly payments and the potential for additional incentives. Most experts allocate 5-10 hrs/week, with a ceiling of 40 hours.

You will contribute to building production-grade software and coordinating multi-step agent workflows. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of backend, AI automation, or complex systems integration experience, with hands-on experience

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
