Yubo is seeking a Mobile Product Designer to co-lead a Product Squad. You will shape product strategy, design experiments, and deliver end-to-end initiatives focused on growth, retention, and monetization across a product used by millions of users.

You will explore user behavior, validate ideas, and refine experiences using real-world data, embracing iteration at every step to ship high-quality experiences.

Qualifications

• Three to four+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally in consumer mobile apps.
• Own projects from problem definition through launch.
• Strong visual design skills plus solid product thinking.
• Know how to use data, research, and user feedback to guide decisions.
• Communicate design rationale clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams.
• Thrive in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve.
• Have the conviction to make bold design calls and defend them.
• Design with the user at the center.
• Experience with social, community, social discovery, gaming, or consumer subscription products is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead product design projects from discovery through delivery and post-launch iteration.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Brand Marketing, Data Analysts, Legal and Trust & Safety to solve user problems.
• Contribute to product strategy, experimentation, and roadmap discussions.
• Design mobile-first experiences across iOS and Android emphasizing usability, accessibility, and visual quality.
• Translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into product experiences.
• Use analytics, feedback and competitive insights to inform decisions.
• Create prototypes and test concepts to validate ideas quickly.
• Help evolve and maintain Yubo's design system and ensure design consistency.
• Advocate for high-quality user experiences while balancing delivery.
