The role focuses on addressing an audit finding related to MQ security on mainframe systems and implementing robust access controls ahead of the remediation deadline.

• Advanced MQ on Mainframe (z/OS) expertise.
• Hands-on Broadcom Top Secret experience.
• Deep understanding of mainframe security architecture and access controls.
• DevOps practices in mainframe environments.
• CICS security and batch job controls.
• User authentication and authorization frameworks.
• Third-party tool security integration.
• Audit remediation and compliance requirements.
• Ability to define scalable security patterns and standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead remediation of MQ security vulnerabilities in a mainframe environment.
• Design and implement secure access control frameworks using Broadcom Top Secret.
• Document security patterns and controls across batch, CICS, user access, and third-party integrations.
• Collaborate with mainframe and MQ engineers/SMEs to ensure best-practice security.
• Provide input on mainframe security architecture and governance.
• Ensure remediation activities meet audit timelines (before September deadline).
• Produce documentation of configurations, standards, and patterns.
