As a Senior Security Engineer, you will raise the security bar for applications and services across QRT, conducting assessments, reviewing designs, identifying vulnerabilities, and driving security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on in product or application security.
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms, SaaS tooling, and internal applications.
• Finds vulnerabilities in infrastructure and application code, then produces proofs of concept.
• Extensive hands-on experience with AWS and a hybrid on-prem/cloud environment.
• Read code fluently in Python, C++, Rust, Go, or Kotlin/Java.
• Leads threat modelling sessions and translates output into actionable mitigations.
• Communicates clearly, solves problems rigorously, and adapts under pressure.
• Familiarity with trading/financial systems is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Conduct security design reviews for new and existing product designs.
• Perform threat modelling to identify risks in product design and architecture.
• Embed security into product design with engineering and product teams.
• Document, track, and communicate findings with remediation guidance; verify fixes.
• Implement security controls across core trading infrastructure, cloud services, and business apps on Windows and Linux.
• Build and maintain a secure SDLC with focus on secure coding practices.
• Mentor, guide, and train engineering teams on security best practices.
• Integrate SAST/DAST into CI/CD pipelines for runtime monitoring and threat detection.
• Identify security risks and shape mitigation strategies in a fast-paced trading environment.
