Job summary

EverAI Limited is building the future of AI companionship with a globally distributed team. We seek a hands-on ML engineer to fine-tune open-weight LLMs, build data and eval pipelines, and ship models to production at consumer scale.

You will join a small AI team led by the LLM Tech Lead, work with data, post-training, evals, and model behavior to improve personalization, multilingual support, and safety.

Qualifications

• Post-trained open-weight LLMs for user-facing products and production use.
• Experience where AI was core to the product or business.
• Fine-tuning is central to your work.
• Strong Python, PyTorch and Hugging Face with GPU training.
• Build data and evals and make decisions from evidence.
• Able to take work beyond notebooks into production.
• Comfort with uncensored models and NSFW content for moderation development.

Responsibilities

• Fine-tune open-weight LLMs using SFT, LoRA/QLoRA and post-training methods.
• Diagnose model failures and turn them into experiments.
• Build training data and evals that shape future training.
• Improve model behavior across personalization, consistency, language, and group interactions.
• Ship to production and use real user behavior to guide iterations.
• Speed up the training loop for faster, reproducible experiments.
