Job summary

AW² architecture & interiors in Paris is seeking a Project Architect with extensive experience in high-end residential projects. Proficiency in Revit and strong site experience are required, along with English fluency for international projects.

You will lead development through all design stages, coordinate with the team, manage client relations, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Architect with at least 15 years' experience in architecture offices, working on international high-end residential projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong project management and client relations skills.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and proactive attitude.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce all project phases from design to execution.
• Prepare plans, details, and tender documents; ensure architectural conformity and delivery.

Job description

As part of its development, AW² is looking to recruit a Project Architect with extensive experience in high-end residential projects. Revit skills required, 15-years’ experience minimum in architecture office, including construction site experience. Fluency in English required (international project). Available immediately to join the AW² team in Paris.

The Project Architect will manage a large luxurious residential project. He/she is responsible for the development and production of all phases of the project, from design to execution plans, details, tender documents, architectural conformity and delivery. He/she oversees customer relations and is responsible for schedules, the quality of files sent to the customer and the profitability of his/her projects. He/she manages a team (project assistants or trainees) set up for the needs of the project.

Profile required:

• Architect, with at least 15 years’ experience in an architecture office, working on international and high-end architecture and interior design residential projects
