Job summary

STRONG, part of the SKYWORTH Group, is seeking an IT&Business Central Application Engineer in France to join our IT team. You will own day-to-day support, maintenance and development coordination of our Microsoft-based business applications, including BC365/ERP, reporting, ETL, data integrations and automation.

You will bridge business users, IT, external partners and HQ, translating requirements into practical technical solutions.

Qualifications

2-5 years of IT support or ERP support experience.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 environments.
Experience with ETL, data integration and reporting.
Scripting with PowerShell.
Understand APIs and system integration.
Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
Ability to work with international teams.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support and maintenance for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related ERP solutions.
Lead data integration, ETL processes and reporting.
Manage automation scripts and scheduled jobs (PowerShell, Azure, etc.).
Coordinate with external Dynamics partners and internal IT teams.
Support Microsoft 365 / IT user support.
Documentation and knowledge management of processes and systems.
Participate in project coordination, testing and post-production support.
