Jobgether is seeking an Internal Auditor to build and lead an internal audit function from a France-based, remote-ready position. You will report into the CFO, design scalable audit processes for international operations, and manage the full lifecycle from risk assessment to remediation.

Qualifications

• . Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Technology, or another quantitative discipline.
• . Fully qualified accountant holding ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or an equivalent professional qualification.
• . Experience in internal audit with planning, control testing, risk assessment, and remediation.
• . Experience in international or multi-entity operating environments.
• . Ability to translate observations into practical recommendations.
• . Interest in technology and automation for audit modernization.
• . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills.
• . Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• . Willingness to travel internationally 2–4 times per year for events up to two weeks.

Responsabilités

• Establish and maintain infrastructure for internal audit, including templates, risk registers, and reporting frameworks.
• Own and execute full internal audit lifecycle from planning to remediation.
• Evaluate global policies and controls to identify gaps and risks.
• Partner with process owners to conduct risk-based audits and improvements.
• Develop risk-based audit programs aligned with global operations and growth.
• Monitor remediation actions to closure and document issues.
• Provide leadership with insights on control effectiveness and risks.
• Collaborate on initiatives to ensure risk mitigation is built in from the start.
• Report activity and risks to senior leadership and Audit Committee.
• Apply technology and data-driven approaches to audits for efficiency.
• Build scalable framework for multiple entities and jurisdictions.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and accountability in all audits.

Connaissances

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or
