IXO is hiring for remote language evaluators to assess Indonesian speech recordings for fluency, grammar, and naturalness in line with native usage. You will provide precise feedback and explain regional nuances, working independently with online review tools.

Prior AI experience is not required, but attention to detail and clear explanations are essential. Deliverables include clip assessments and language issue explanations.

Qualifications

• Native-level Indonesian knowledge and understanding of regional variation.
• English at B2 level or above for instructions and communication.
• Notice small language differences, explain judgment clearly and work independently.
• Attention to detail and constructive feedback matter for quality reviews.

Responsabilités

• Judge pronunciation, grammar and naturalness against native Indonesian usage.
• Identify wording or delivery that sounds unnatural in the intended context.
• Explain linguistic errors and suggested improvements in concise written feedback.
• Record results using the assigned review tools and criteria.
• Apply the same standard across clips and participate in calibration discussions.
