Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Haitian Creole (spoken and written).
• Accurate spelling, punctuation and grammar in Haitian Creole.
• Ability to meet daily output targets and work independently.
• Access to a computer with stable internet and 4+ hours daily.

Responsibilities

• Listen to two-speaker Haitian Creole audio recordings and transcribe.
• Label each speaker turn as Speaker 1 or Speaker 2 and add timestamps.
• Produce sequential transcripts with no unexplained gaps.
• Maintain low word error rate and pass qualification tests.
