Voodoo in Paris is looking for a Strategy & Ops Manager - Creative to join the Growth Creative team, driving operational excellence and scaling impact through cross-functional projects and tooling improvements.

You will track AI-driven creative work, optimize reporting, and enhance internal processes while supporting hiring and career development for the team. This role blends analytics, strategy, and hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from a top engineering or business school.
• Experience in consulting, strategy, or operations — ideally in tech or digital.
• Interest in advertising/creative topics or marketing performance.
• Excellent analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
• AI-savvy: experienced with AI tools to improve productivity.
• Highly structured with strong project management and prioritisation.
• Autonomous and proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
• Strong communicator able to synthesize complex information for stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Track AI creative use cases and support automation of successful initiatives.
• Calculate team incentives and track creatives with measurable impact.
• Revamp creative reporting for product teams and external stakeholders.
• Improve internal tooling and audit Notion briefs; support the VGP platform.
• Monitor creative capacity allocation across games based on priorities.
• Improve metadata tracking and reporting for monthly learnings.
• Support hiring efforts and define career paths across the team.
