Redion seeks a seasoned reserving professional to lead the Group's technical reserves framework, harmonizing methodologies and delivering high-quality analyses for strategic decisions. You will work with CINSO teams and the Group Finance function to ensure consistency and reliability across IFRS17 calculations.

With 7+ years in Non-Life reserving, you will drive monitoring dashboards and contribute to group-wide guidelines.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in non-life reserving or related area.

Responsabilités

• Lead Group technical reserves review with independent OCR and IBNR analysis.
• Produce regular Group-level reserving and profitability reports for decisions.
• Identify differences between local (CINSO) and Group calculations (S2, IFRS17) and propose actions.
• Conduct in-depth technical analyses and develop action plans with claims teams.
• Review and validate budgeting/forecasting assumptions for consistency with Group standards.
• Support top management with analyses of technical margins in the business plan.
