Amcor is seeking an R&D Portfolio & Project Manager to oversee the regional project portfolio and ensure governance, alignment with strategic goals, and timely delivery. The role requires strong project management skills and clear communication across product development, supply chain, sales and finance.

You will drive standardization of tools and reporting, support the stage-gate process, and collaborate with global R&D teams to progress innovations in packaging.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in portfolio and project management, preferably in packaging or manufacturing.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and reporting at multiple levels.
• Knowledge of stage-gate processes and dashboard standardization.

• Monitor portfolio performance and report insights.
