Amcor is seeking a Senior Director, Global Product Management for Closures Beauty, Wellness & Home, and Tubes. The role drives the global product strategy, portfolio roadmap, and commercial performance across regions, leading cross‑functional teams to deliver profitable growth.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in product leadership, with at least 10 years in a managerial role in a global organization.
• Advanced degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional global teams and portfolio strategy.

Responsabilités

• Define the closures beauty, wellness & home, and tubes growth strategy, based on superior product value propositions for customer & consumer needs.
• Lead the Product Management teams across regions, setting 3–5 year strategic direction and ensure coherent regional execution.
• Improve product superiority in line with Amcor Global Rigid aspirations and support market intelligence to drive growth.
• Define and lead overall product portfolio and priorities for globally relevant categories, drive rationalisation where needed.
• Lead pricing guidance for global projects and support RFQ responses with pricing guidance.
• Represent the product at executive level and build partnerships with key accounts, contributing to capital investments.
