Qualifications

• Expert in QGIS with strong geoprocessing, map production, and spatial DB management.
• Proficient in Python for automating QGIS tasks (PyQGIS).
• Deep understanding of coordinate systems and data transformation.
• Ability to customize QGIS via plugins or scripting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical audiences.
• Able to produce professional cartographic outputs for decisions.
• Strong organizational skills with multi-project focus.
