Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on GEOINT, imagery analysis, or location-based targeting experience.
• Geolocation and imagery analysis: locate coordinates, explain methodology, and state confidence.
• Commercial location data expertise with mobile identifiers or bidstream data is preferred.
• Open-source investigative skills using OSINT and commercial tools.
• Autonomy, adaptability, and high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong link analysis and multi-source intelligence fusion to produce actionable targeting packages.
• Excellent communication: explain methods, evidence, confidence, and conclusions clearly.
• AI tools proficiency to accelerate research and produce higher-quality intelligence outputs.
• Cryptocurrency investigations knowledge is a plus.
• Familiarity with scam networks in SEA or Chinese-operated networks is beneficial.
• Location-based work authorization: based in the Netherlands; distributed international team.

Responsibilities

• Locate and monitor scam compounds using satellite imagery and geospatial data.
• Conduct location-based investigations with commercial location datasets and telemetry.
• Develop intelligence on criminal networks by combining GEOINT with OSINT and blockchain data.
• Connect investigative leads to uncover broader networks and individuals responsible.
• Create actionable targeting packages for investigative priorities and disruption plans.
• Collaborate with threat intelligence analysts and investigators to translate disruption strategies into leads.
• Apply advanced analytical methods to correlate datasets and assess confidence.
• Leverage AI to accelerate research and improve analytical quality.
• Maintain clear intelligence documentation with methods and supporting evidence.
• Support time-sensitive operations with regular updates and critical disruption windows.
