Qualifications

• 2+ years in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Experience building production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic, reporting).
• Experience live environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to give clear technical feedback on complex behavior.
• Nice to have experience building multi-stage coordination tasks with live tools.
