Outlier is seeking skilled backend engineers and AI automation specialists to join as OpenClaw Agent Builders. This freelance, remote role offers up to $50 USD/hr and weekly payments, with flexible hours and project-based work.

You'll collaborate with AI teams to design, debug, and stress-test multi-turn agent systems, delivering production-ready software and clear technical feedback. Open to applicants from multiple countries, including France.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Experience in live environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Attention to detail and ability to provide high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
• Nice to have: multi-stage coordination tasks; integrating agents with live tools (APIs, email tools, databases).
