Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Business Development Manager for Gene Therapy to drive commercial growth and technical adoption of Cytiva solutions across advanced therapy workflows. The role covers Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg and France and is remote.

You will collaborate with Field Application Specialists to train, test, and demonstrate Cytiva technologies at customer sites, expand into gene therapy programs, and support regional events to generate leads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, biotech, biochemistry, chemical engineering or related field.
• Experience in bioprocessing, cell and gene therapy, vaccines, or advanced therapy commercialization.
• Proficiency with CRM systems for tracking opportunities and pipelines.
• Experience supporting Design‑In programs and customer adoption of complex bioprocessing tech.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by expanding Cytiva technologies within existing customers and new gene therapy programs.
• Partner with Field Application Specialists to test, demonstrate, and train on Cytiva technologies at customer sites.
• Support marketing and lead generation by coordinating regional events and customer engagements.
• Manage CRM and funnel execution in SFDC aligned with MQL and Design‑In playbooks.
