Job summary

Cytiva is seeking a Business Development Manager for Gene Therapy to drive growth and adoption of Cytiva solutions across advanced therapy workflows in a remote, multi-country role covering Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, and France.

The ideal candidate has a life sciences degree, experience in bioprocessing or cell and gene therapy, plus CRM (SFDC) expertise and a track record in Design‑In and technical sales. Travel up to 40–50% within Europe is required to support customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
Experience in bioprocessing, cell/gene therapy, vaccines, or advanced therapy commercialization.
Proficient with CRM systems (SFDC) for opportunities and pipeline.

Responsibilities

Pilot advanced therapy workflows with deep understanding of activity and manufacturing processes.
Drive order growth by expanding Cytiva technologies and introducing gene therapy solutions.
Collaborate with Field Application Specialists to test, demonstrate, and train on Cytiva technologies.
Support marketing and lead generation by engaging with events and customer engagements to generate MQLs.
Manage CRM and pipeline in SFDC aligned with MQLs and Design-In projects.
