Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a remote Full Stack Software Engineer in a regulated fintech environment. You will build and maintain backend services and frontend apps using Golang, Java, React, Next.js, and TypeScript.

You’ll own features from design to production, with a focus on secure, scalable transaction processing and third-party integrations. The role embraces a fully remote setup, working with modern tech across AWS, microservices, and cloud-based infrastructure.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience across frontend and backend.
• Strong backend development with Golang and/or Java.
• Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript, especially TypeScript v5.
• Experience building modern frontend apps with React and Next.js.
• RESTful API design and PostgreSQL proficiency.
• Experience with AWS and microservices.
• Familiarity with OAuth 2.0 flows and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack features across web apps and backend services.
• Build backend APIs for onboarding, authentication, transactions, and workflows.
• Enhance frontend experiences for customer-facing platforms and internal apps using React/Next.js/TypeScript.
• Develop backend services in Golang and/or Java within a scalable microservices architecture.
• Integrate applications with third-party services and providers.
• Implement secure authentication/authorization (OAuth 2.0).
• Work with PostgreSQL and cloud infrastructure (AWS).
• Contribute to code reviews, technical design discussions, and documentation.
