Job summary

Synthires is seeking bilingual French–English professionals to evaluate AI-driven French language outputs. You will assess pronunciation, fluency, and authenticity of speech, and document detailed English feedback for model improvements.

This is a fully remote contractor role focused on French audio evaluation, linguistic feedback, and collaboration with project coordinators to ensure accurate language content and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Native-level or near-native French
• Minimum B2 English proficiency
• Excellent listening and evaluation abilities
• Strong understanding of French pronunciation, intonation, fluency
• Ability to explain differences in written English
• Attention to detail and deadlines
• Ability to work independently in remote environment

Responsibilities

• Evaluate French audio recordings for fluency, naturalness and proficiency.
• Assess pronunciation and deviations from natural French speech patterns.
• Analyze intonation, rhythm, stress and pacing.
• Identify linguistic inconsistencies and errors.
• Prepare detailed evaluations in English with evidence.
• Justify decisions with specific explanations and evidence.
• Review AI-generated French outputs for authenticity and naturalness.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements.
• Share linguistic insights to improve AI speech generation and comprehension.
• Maintain quality and deadlines according to guidelines.
